Where a Fikra product is used to create a final video or other creative work, the user who creates the work retains the applicable copyright or other rights in the user's final creative work, to the extent those rights exist under applicable law and subject to third-party rights.

This does not transfer ownership of Fikra's underlying technology, software, models, systems, templates or proprietary assets.

9.3 Fikra-Created Assets and Components

During the process of generating a video or other content, Fikra may create, generate, develop or assemble underlying assets, components, templates, models, scenes, design elements, technical components, reusable assets or other materials.

Fikra may use, reuse, modify, improve, reproduce or incorporate such underlying assets into other products, services, outputs or projects.

The existence of such Fikra-owned underlying assets does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the user's final creative work to Fikra.

9.4 AI-Generated Output

Fikra may provide users with AI-generated outputs as part of its services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to third-party rights, Fikra grants or assigns the applicable rights in generated outputs to the user as determined by the relevant product terms or service arrangement.
